Great providers of service at this location. From the moment I picked up the phone to get some information on getting my device fixed, to the moment I was called to inform me my device was ready to be picked up, the process really could not have gone any easier. The staff at this location and the technicians are very knowledgeable. They walked me through every step and answered all of my questions or concerns very thoroughly. The speed in which my device repair was lightning fast, which was quite surprising to me but I was very happy none the less. Great experience from start to finish. Having a broken phone is not only stressful, it's also a time consuming process in regards to halting your day to locate a temporary replacement device, especially if you do not have one handy like I did thankfully. They made it so very easy, it took most, if not all, of the stress and worry out of the entire situation and really did a bang up job! This is definitely the place to go to have your phone repaired by QUALIFIED technicians, with GENUINE parts from the ACTUAL phone manufacturers such as Samsung and Apple. Once again, I'd like to give a big thanks to everyone involved in the process. Keep up the AMAZING work!

Super disappointed. I dropped off my laptop that had been repaired at this location previously. I had to submit a claim for them to honor my warranty. Now, it’s been well past the 7-10 business days since my laptop was taken in for service on Dec. 30th. The website tracker has not been updated. When I called to check the status, I was either hung up on or never answered. This is very unprofessional. Like I said, I’m super disappointed as this location seems unable to meet basic customer service standards.

Broke my sony xm4 on the right hinge and swivel part and didn't have any insurance with sony. I went to every store in nj but no one couldn't fix it until best buy sent me over to this place. I came in about a 1 week ago. They communicate very well with me and got the process done within a week. I put 60 dollar for the fee beforehand but this 60 dollar to pay for the parts which meant they taken off with the original price which only I meant to pay little. Overall so satisfied!

Great experience! They ordered the appropriate battery for my iPad and installed and tested it. I was called promptly once it was ready! Would definitely recommend them!

Brought phone in to get screen protector replaced. Samsung has this company listed as a certified repair facility. Not even 24hrs later it is peeling up again in the fold of the phone. Closed on Sunday so now have to wait to get replaced again. ***Update 1/12/2025 brought phone to have screen protector replaced again on 1/11/2025 and once again less than 24hrs the screen protector is lifting in the fold of the phone.
