Staples

By far the worst Staples I’ve been to. Went in for an Amazon return, the man working over there saw me and decided to not bother to acknowledge me at all. He seemed like he was doing something which is fine, but when you see a customer, the least you can do is tell them you will be with them in just a moment. Not only that, when he finally came over, I said good morning how are you, he ignored me, didn’t say anything to me until he was ready to scan my QR code which he rudely said “The QR code” for me to show him it on my phone. And that was it. Handed me the paper for $10 off and nothing else was said.

The store is conveniently located in my area, easy to find merchandise in the store (or on-line). The associates are helpful in assisting when needed. Also love that I can get documents copied and laminated when needed.

This is only for Amazon Returns. I won’t choose this store again - Amazon Returns have to wait until someone wants to help. Staples print shop is their #1 focus. I think kohls is better because they have Amazon only counter. Today I waited for 8 minutes while they took other customers for print, which I guess is understandable but is a time killer.

I went to the Store on Sunday morning to shop for a replacement printer for home usage. I asked for an associate who might be able to assist me and was soon greeted by the most amazingly knowledgeable and helpful staff member. We discussed our needs and he eventually suggested a perfect model for us. Thank you.
