Went here in a frenzy needing my phone fixed ASAP. The two guys who were working (on a holiday) helped me out. They fixed my screen through my insurance (asurion) in an hour, while I sat in the lobby and read magazines. They gave me constant updates and they were very sweet.

Matt was amazing. He stepped up to the front desk when I was sitting in the waiting area to make sure I was taken care of. He also jumped into action when people where piling in, skillfully juggling everyone and giving each individual courtesy and and respect. I had several issues and I was more than ok with letting someone ahead of me for him to take care of, which he was thankful of (as were the customers) . But he did come back to me each time ( but like I said I had a lot of issues I had to communicate with a third party regarding the insurance). When everything was said and done, he did take a few minutes to chat with me which was great. Also, if you go here, get the liquid glass he promotes.

Needed a battery service for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. They beat the estimated quote from Apple by about $20 difference and they use OEM parts. The service was quick, and had my phone within 1 1/2 hours. Overall I’m very pleased and will be taking my electronics there in the future! Matt was pleasant to work with.

One the best customer service experiences by far! I was lucky enough to have had Matt fix my phone. He not only did an amazing job with fixing my broken screen but did it within 15-20 minutes! No regrets, amazing service!
