Went to the Apple in Willowbrook Mall for an appointment to fix our phone. We arrived few minutes early but the associate checked us in right away. After a few minutes, a specialist came and ran diagnostic on the phone. They determined it needed a hardware repair for the camera. We got a 2 hour window to come back and pick up the phone. We came about 2 hours later and the phone was ready for pick up. The camera blur issue was fully fixed. While the diagnostic took place I wandered around the store. It has all Apple products on display, excellent inventory. The associates are very friendly, constantly asking customers if they need assistance. I also saw an associate doing an open session for doing drawings with Apple Pencil. I was really impressed with this store.

THEY SOLD ME A CERTIFIED PRE OWN PHONE/ USED AS NEW PHONE, see pic below, I didn’t have time to set up at the store because they said we are closing now we can’t set up for you whichs fine. When I get as I’m setting it up through Verizon, the phone turned out pre owned. My advice is to be aware that they might sell you a used phone as a new phone.

I visited this Apple Store, and I was treated terribly. The staff looked down on my concerns about my first iPhone purchase. They were rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely unqualified. This store is clearly the worst in Jersey. I can’t believe Apple keeps such employees. I will never return. Later, I took my phone to the Apple Store at Garden State Plaza, where they acknowledged my issue and treated me with kindness and respect. What a difference!

Had an appointment with Genius bar at 6:30PM. Arrived 6:10, was checked in at 6:15. Waited until 7:10PM before I asked one of the staff and I was told my appointment was canceled by accident. Unprofessional.

Disappointing In-Store Experience!!!! I visited the Apple Store today because my MagSafe case, which I bought in November 2023, started peeling off and breaking around August 2024. Although I delayed bringing it in, I figured I was still within the one-year warranty, so I wanted to see if I could get a replacement. The employee who helped me asked the store manager if I qualified for a replacement, but the manager immediately said no without even looking at the case. He stated that if the damage were on the back of the case, I’d be eligible for a replacement, but because it was on the sides, I wasn’t. I was really disappointed by this response, especially since I’ve bought cheaper phone cases from Amazon in the past that never gave me issues like this. However, I decided to call Apple customer service afterward and shared pictures of the damage. To my relief, they told me I was eligible for a replacement since the peeling and breaking was clearly a defect. The manager’s dismissive attitude in the store was frustrating, and I wish he had at least taken the time to inspect the case before denying me service. Based on my experience, I’d advise anyone in a similar situation to contact Apple customer service if you’re not getting the help you need in-store.
