My son was making his bed yesterday when his ipad slid off and landed on the leg of his gaming chair. Apple wanted $250 to mail it in and fix his shattered screen. I was going to have him just purchase a new ipad at that cost with his money. My mom told me about IPlug Repair Center and I requested a quote. I sent the request at 8:14 pm and received a reply at 8:28 pm. They quoted me $70 to replace the screen and it would only take a hour to fix. BET ! Left my house today at 10:00 am and it is a 23 minute drive from my house. I left there at 11:00 am. Less than a hour to fix ! Quick service and affordable pricing ! Thank you again Iplug !

Jona was so helpful and very understanding on the importance of needing my phone repaired. I checked in a few times and she was super sweet and took the extra time to make sure it was fixed. I will definitely come back here if I need anything done to my phone again.

I went here because of the great reviews I was worried abt the Screen lasting I was ASSURED that if the screen is NOT damaged & it goes out they would fix it , that was a relief & helped me purchase .. 6 DAYS later the screen blacked out with NO DAMAGE & I had to Repay again ?? ( a $10 discount that amounted to the same price after taxes anyway was given) I was told something to buy & it changed later !! I couldn’t save my $ but hopefully the next person will . They DO NOT guarantee the work it can go out same week with no damage & you have to repay or wait 3 hrs to ask the owner which I did not have time for . Wish they could’ve been my go to for phone services.
