I've worked with Joe for about 3 years. I was having a problem with my computer running slow so I called Joe and asked him if he could take a look. He was busy so I dropped it off and he said it would take him a day or so to get to it, but I dropped it off and he had a diagnosis that same afternoon. Thank you, Joe, as usual for the fast, friendly service!

Dropped off my MacBook Pro because it was not opening with screen showing. Did not agree on a price or was not told there would be a diagnostic fee. Joe called back with repair cost and it was more than laptop was worth. I said no and I'll pick it up maƱana. Next morning I get a text to come picket up with $150 diagnostic fee. Not happy, put paid him anyway for his time. Brought the same laptop to Apple Store in Marlton to get their opinion no cost for diagnosis and the showed me the entire bottom of the laptop was not screwed on. I guess I got (un) screwed by Joe? Would not recommend Cape May Computer Repair Bob H.

My Mac lap top suddenly and completely froze. None of the usual rebooting efforts did anything. Since I was impressed by his many good online reviews, I called Joe. He immediately picked up, asked a few preliminary questions, like a doctor, and set up an appointment for the next day. He followed up with a text to confirm it. Oddly, the next day the computer started right up, so I called Joe, who was very cordial and glad to hear that all was well. So, despite the fact that he did not have to repair he was so pleasant and accommodating that I recommend him for his 'bedside manner."

I just picked up my Dell desktop computer today from Joe and like promised it's running better than it was brand new. He promised it would be as quick as lightning and it is on top of it he was very very nice and he took his time and did an amazing job it's basically a brand new computer now thanks again joe.
