Staples

I was very happy with a recent visit to my local Staples store. I found a great selection of items including an impromptu chair purchase. I wasn't planning to buy a new office chair, but there was a good selection of chairs to choose from and the one I liked was on sale so I decided to treat myself to a new chair to replace the old uncomfortable one that I'd been tolerating for years. The associate in the store was super helpful and assisted me in loading the box into my car. It's great to have a place nearby where I can go to actually look at office supplies instead of ordering online.

I visited here Saturday with my father. We needed help in the UPS Store. The employees working were doing something with a machine in the back to get it working, but they all did whatever they had to not to help anyone at the counter. Everyone looked at customers in the store and continued to do whatever they were doing in the store. None of the customers were acknowledged at the register. If you tried to make eye contact to ask someone something, they looked away and tried to walk off. We didn't let anyone in the store try to help is once we were ignored. We left what we were going to purchase at the counter and took our buisness elsewhere. Customer service in this Staples is the some of the worst I have ever experienced and this wasn't my first time visiting this store.

I came in this store to get assistance with printing. I am printing a sewing pattern that I needed to be printed to the actual size. The employees working at the printing center initially didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there despite the fact that there was no one else in the printing area. Then when I finally spoke with the associate, she said that she couldn’t help me print my documents to the actual size. She told me that she can not go into the printer settings and that I have to use a self serve machine. It’s so disappointing because I drove past a Staples that has always asssitied me in printing my documents the right way to come to this location. I had to drive to another staples location. I’m so disappointed that I came to this location.

Whenever I write a review I like it to be positive. This is the reason that I have never written one for this store. However, today was exceptionally unbearable at this store! The customer service for 12 colored prints was exhausting and at the end of the day my prints were still not done! The lady promised that they would be ready by 8 pm and when I got there, she had left for home without completing the job. Additionally, the young man who was left there was unable to print my copies for an unknown reason. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and very frustrating. I ALWAYS leave this store upset because of the reluctance of the staff in the printing department to assist in a pleasant nature. Unfortunately Staples' promise of being a community friendly organization has been proven to be untrue due to these people.

If you need professional printing done, don’t come here. Not only will the workers not acknowledge you in a polite manner, but they are extremely incompetent. After waiting half an hour, my documents weren’t printed properly, so I had to drive an extra 20 minutes to another staples so I could get the job done correctly. Staples, you should be ashamed of your dismal hiring process and lack of professionalism at this store:
