They're honest. They could have lied and said my computer needed a new TouchPad. Instead, they quickly re-engaged its operation and only charged the diagnostic fee. This is the only place I will go in the future.

this guys are great!! I called after hours to fix my issues on my computers which we need to use on next day for my business, not only he showed up on time, but he stayed until 1 am to make sure all computers working. don't hesitate to call Best Bet Computer, they worth every penny.
