Jay (the owner of the business) was very helpful in replacing the battery for my laptop. He also took the time to call me back after a few days to make sure that the replaced laptop battery wasn't giving me any issues. I visited around Thanksgiving when my computer fan wasn't working properly. The man behind the counter assessed that it only needed a cleaning and didn't even charge me. My computer works fine again. I would highly recommend this place, the person who helped me seems to be an honest guy.

There isn’t enough negative stars to give this business. This business installed unlicensed software in my computer. I can’t download applications and this person had the audacity to be unprofessional on top of that. Don’t waste your time here

Terrible customer service, hasn’t been more than a month and my screen is fully white and cracked. I’ve had my phone for 3+ years until it finally cracked and not even 1 month and this screen took a hit. I placed it down on the target cart and it hit the cart and boom. White. I called owner to let him Know and he said to pay $300 for orginal screen or go to apple. Or to call around other phone repairs and to see if someone would do it for free if I found one that said yes then he’ll do mine for free. MIND YOU! I was not even looking for a free screen. Discounted? Sure I mean I did spend more than $100 to fix it and it didn’t last.
