I went to this place to turn on my tracfone luckly they was able to turn it on by simple mobile. There was only one person working so she was helping two people at the same time. The worker was friendly & work fast for a solo worker. The only thing is she dosent no much about SD cards & dont sale any there. Other then that. I use to pass by this place when picking up a package from wish the workers help paying customers first then wish order but I can understand that I'll be paying my fone bill here as far as it gets I'm grateful for the cell connection since I have a simple mobile shop just 2 blocks from my house but even when lights on shop is open the door was actually locked all day to day that's what led me this place I remember from my wish pick ups there awsome for not being like these these workers at simple mobile in Hamilton ave 👎

Fast and reliable, they got the best repairs service and a good customer service. I recommend this location for anyone that’s trying to get their phone done 😌😌😌😌

I left with an even more cracked laptop screen because the wrong screens were ordered twice. Yea they fit,but the plug in part to make the laptop touchscreen didn’t fit. I understand it’s hard to find the right one, but it took you guys too long to see you guys couldn’t repair my laptop. The 2nd time was understandable but the first time no, because two employees were communicating over text to see which screen would’ve fit. I was told they had to “make a guess” because the guy who repaired laptops wasn’t there to see the laptop in person to know the right model number. There is too much miscommunication here. The male employee said it would’ve been better if I left the laptop so he can see it himself better, but the female employee who attended me never offered. I needed to get this laptop fixed quick which may explain my on edge reactions. The thing is though, I asked (the 1st time the screen was ordered) why was there a delay, because they told me it was going to be there on a Wednesday but I never got a call. The female employee says because the parts are coming from China. The second time coming back, the male employee said both parts were coming from California and another state I don’t remember in the US. He said that meant they would need to order a part from China. That doesn’t make sense because you guys are contradicting what you told me??? They were polite, passive and even offered a discount (originally I was paying $190 down to $130), so thank you for that. Except, the fact that you told me I can just buy a new laptop off of Amazon (which they were ordering the screens off of, makes me question who their supplier is, if they even have one) did not sit right with me. I came to you guys to fix my laptop, not to tell me that.. :)

Only went into this "store" to pick up something I ordered from Wish. I really wish.. I hadn't. First off all, it barely resembles a store. I assume they specialize in phone cases, because that is basically all that's in there, with the exception of a few pieces of Jewelry (oddly displayed) and hand sanitizer. I told him why I was there, I don't remember him scanning my phone, something that's done when picking up an item from wish. He went to the backroom closed the door and I could hear him rumbling around. After 7 minutes, I asked if there was a problem. He said oh no, I just can't find it. I left extremely annoyed since I had to go out of my way to pick it up. But the funniest thing was, I called before going. He answered the phone after 8 rings, no exaggeration, and mumbled something. He definitely didn't say the name of the store. I asked if they were open until 6, he mumbled again then said no. I asked what time he was open until and he said 6. I said, so you are opened until 6? Without mumbling, he said yes and hung up on me. No idea what is going on in this store, but whatever it is, it's very poorly run.

Customer service was horrible.....was trying to ask 1 question on the phone call and she was annoyed with me like I was interrupting her... unbelievable...will take my bizness elsewhere
