Terry and his team went above and beyond with their service. I had brought in my mother's laptop this week with a Blue Screen Of Death, they were able to fix the computer, but it wouldn't work in my house, not their fault it's a 10 yr old laptop. 😂 They however, were able to copy the hard drive for us which was perfect and just were absolutely fantastic and their prices were beyond fair. I couldn't recommend them enough for any computer issues you may have.

Absolutely amazing service, was very stressed about rebuilding my pc and I brought all the parts to Jeff and he made it happen, absolutely amazing work, super friendly and very efficient. The whole build only took 1 day , got it back the same time the next morning that I dropped it off. Don’t go anywhere else, the price was fair just go here and get it done with absolute peace of mind.

This place is a joke, I brought my drone to get a receiver solder to the drone, and bind the control to drone so it can fly, But obviously they not know anything on how to do it, All they did was solder receiver, So I can't even fly it, The funny part was they changed me $90 just to solder it. It's my fault because I should of send it out to tech's that know how to work on drones, So I ask my self why say you know how to repair if you don't know scuat about it, OH well I should of just gave the money to a homeless person instead of them. I'm fuming

A pleasure and a relief to work with, I would recommend them equally to those who know nothing about technology and those who are knowledgeable but stuck on a problem they just can't figure out themselves. - Very fair pricing - Friendly and responsive staff. Always answered my questions when I called. - Exhaustive in their work and testing. My particular PC problem was odd but Cerberus pulled out all of the stops to figure out what the issue was and get it fixed. I am very glad I brought my PC here. I ended up saving a ton of time, money, and headache bringing it here rather than keep trying to fix the problem myself.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. Promises made, never kept. Claimed to have recovered my files but never saved to their server and continued to promise that they could do it. Continually called and was promised a call back, never happened, over 7 attempts. The owner Terry actually asked for a good review, I explained everything and was promised a return of my money...never happened. Look elsewhere for a reputable company that actually cares about it's clientele and will deal with you in a professional manner and with respect. No one likes being talked down to while also being lied to. Wish I could put zero stars instead of this 1.
