AJ is a complete professional and his expertise helped me to identify and repair my damaged Desktop. It was not a typical problem and required a significant amount of time to diagnose and fix. He was patient and easy to talk to. Kept me apprised of the situation by texting me with updates throughout the process. His pricing was more then fair for the work that was done. I HIGHLY recommend AJ's Computer Solutions! AJ fixed my laptop a few weeks ago, and it's as if I'm on a brand new computer. He asked a few questions and was able to diagnose the issue based on the answers I gave. He explained the fix he was proposing and why, showed me a visual example, and happened to have a similar laptop nearby already fixed (to show me his solution worked). He answered all of my questions in a way my non-techie brain could understand, offered some additional suggestions, and had my laptop ready by the end of the day.

Amazing service. AJ is very professional and at the same time very personable. He actually listens to your computer problems and concerns and resolves them with speed, efficiency and outstanding professionalism. I needed help because my computer just wasn't working properly after I tried to download something from the net. I tried to resolve the issues myself by resetting my laptop and I basically made things worse. I quickly searched on google for someone who could help me resolve my issues and full of anxiety and worry called AJ's number. He answered right away and first asked what was going on to see if he could help over the phone. I knew that with my limited tech savvy I would have to come into his shop and get help in person, especially that I needed my computer fixed quickly. It turned out that I had a virus. AJ went beyond just getting rid of the virus and returning my computer to full functionality. He explained what he was doing through the entire process and answered all of my questions. He made my computer faster and got rid of a lot of "junky" stuff I definitely didn't need and didn't even know it. He was AWESOME!!!
