Very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They helped me upgrade to Windows 11 and performed routine maintenance on my desktop. The transition was seamless and easy. I also purchased a refurbished device from them and absolutely love it. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. I left my laptop here to be checked for a possible virus. After paying and going home, I realized that the charger returned to me was not the original charger. It did not fit properly into the charger slot and was much smaller than the original charger. It was unable to charge my laptop battery. My battery died as a result of not being charged. They effectively broke my laptop. I was heartbroken by this failure. Now my laptop takes forever to come on and will not stay on if unplugged. I went in person to complain and did not receive satisfaction. The staff denied misplacing my original charger. I now have to go out and buy a new laptop. I cannot understand the good reviews for this company and will never recommend this shop to anyone. Fanny P.

These guys are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I thought my power supply went down on my PC, they confirmed and replaced for an exceptional price, all in the same day! I can't recommend them enough. I WILL be returning there if I have any computer requirements. Update: Got these guys to build an awesome gaming PC. After chatting with them about my 'wish list', they built a PC that is AWESOME!!!!! Returned again to get my son a laptop for college. If you have issues with your computer, or need a new or refurbished one, this is the place to go! Forget Amazon or any of those 'sad' places, these guys ROCK!!!!!!

Went to Technician X for the first time this week and am totally satisfied with all aspects of this company. My laptop would no longer charge. They diagnosed it accurately and upon my agreement to proceed were able to get the necessary part, install and test it in half the time of the original estimate.The cost was very reasonable. Also, every employee I dealt with was personable and very knowledgeable. Most importantly they are honest and have gained my trust. I will definitely use them for my future repair needs for my laptop, desktop and phone.
