Took 3 weeks to replace an iPad screen. Had to bring it back because the home button wasn’t functioning, and that took a week and a half. I was told it would take 2 days. Went there 3 times in that week and a half, only to be told “sorry it’s not done”. Finally have my iPad back and the screen looks horrible. Thanks, but no thanks. The only reason I brought my iPad back was because my company wouldn’t approve more funds. You obviously thought this was good enough. I will never patronize your business again.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. On October 25th I brought my girlfriend’s Xbox in for a disc drive repair. The console was not reading games and so for our anniversary that month I decided I was going to get it fixed. What I didn’t expect was to be waiting a month for the console to be returned, and on top of that factory reset. The communication was poor and frustrating, none of the employees I spoke to offered their name and sounded so disinterested in their job. When my calls were able to be answered they gave me an “update” repeating things I already knew and telling me ambiguous times as to when I could pick up the Xbox. In November after a month of being jerked around and told stupid excuses I finally got the Xbox back. I was aware they had factory reset it because of a corrupt update issue that I assume was out of there control and not related to the repair. I say assume because the communication was so poor that they couldn’t even explain to me what went wrong exactly. I told them we did not want a factory reset because we lacked the accounts log in information. They gave me false hope that they would avoid resetting it sparing us the remorse of losing all our game data. When I got to finally see the Xbox the wrap my girlfriend had on it had been peeled up for the repair but was never put back correctly leaving it crinkled in several places. They never offered a discount or gave any apology for my time wasted, frustration, and now lost game data. I paid full price out of frustration and the deep desire to leave the establishment never to return again. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Unless you’re someone who likes getting their technology high jacked and carelessly handled only to be returned ages later looking worse than when you handed it over. Oh and the disc drive repair works but is so loud that it sounds like they hardly fixed anything. Thanks for turning our Xbox into a WWII bomber!

Just like all other bad reviews, I’d leave 0 stars if I could. They don’t have any answering machine so when you call it may simply go unanswered. Once you do finally get a response it’s quiet to the point you can barely hear them, and then they sounds like they simply hate their jobs. I tried bringing in my Xbox for an hdmi port repair, they say a week. Long but ok. After a week I call, get no response, so I show up in person. They say it’ll be another week, sorry for the delay. I wait, call, call again, call AGAIN, and finally get told two days. I wait and just show right up to the store and then get told ANOTHER WEEK, out for repairs still. I say this is unacceptable, explain my situation, and somehow, magically, ITS DONE and IN THE STORE ALREADY! All I got for my trouble was 10$ off of a 150$ repair, and they signed me up for their stupid service (this is honestly just my fault I should’ve known better) for a discount, which I have been trying to to cancel for months. Horrible service, horrible team, horrible company. I’d rather buy a new device than go here for repairs

1 star due to wasting my time. I had to get the USB port on my Samsung phone replaced under warranty, I had basically diagnosed it and everything for them walking in. I called the day before to verify they had replacement parts in stock before I made the 90min one way trip . I get there 1030 am the guy at the counter looks at my phone , attempted to plug it in and said yea basically the USB port is bad it will be about 2-3 hrs. to fix So I hang out in the area till 3pm no call " to my wife who was with me who's number we gave them" we stop in at 3pm and they come back and go o yeah it's the port and we don't have it we have to order it. I said I called the day before to verify you had replacement parts and the guys just goes yea idk but we don't we have to order them or you have to mail it to Samsung. So I make another appointment to get the repairs done and walk outside. Looking at my phone there is still dust on the phone showing the case was never removed. Idk what "diagnoses " they did other then plugging it in and saying it's bad . They should have checked while I was there in the first 10-15 minutes if they had the parts not have me waste 5hrs waiting to be told o yea nothing we can do. First and last time at this location. I ended up contacting another location who did have that parts and was way more professional got my phone fixed the next day.

Company is owned by Asurion. Had to leave phone for 2 hours. Wish I had gotten a printout of the tests they performed and results.
