Tri-State Computer Solutions

Tri-State was able to repair my color laser printer for much less than the cost of a new printer. The part was difficult to come by, but they persisted and were able to obtain the necessary part. My printer is working great and we are happy with Tri-State's follow-up and follow through.

I highly recommend this company to repair HP printers. I recently discovered a problem with my HP printer and after looking at a YouTube, it looked very complicated to repair so I looked around and found this company contacted their office and scheduled to drop off my printer. Fortunately, they had experience in fixing the issue I thought I had, so after just a few days, they were able to repair the issue and now it works great. In addition to fixing the problem, they ran multiple diagnostic tests to make sure that all other functions were working properly. I have another printer I'll be dropping off to them in the near future as that one has paper jams every now and then.
