Horrible experience! Do NOT purchase geeksquad protection, waste of money. Their service is not cheap and not worth the a penny. Will never buy again. Manager Dave was absolutly useless!

Dropped of a computer 6 weeks ago. After 6 weeks they come back to say they haven't received it back from the "factory". They are liars because we had track it back to the store. After an hour 1 1/2 they said yes they received it. Then they said it's not repairable. They are young arrogant, unprofessional and do not have any professional skills at all. Do not use this service, they will deceive you from the beginning.

Two stars because they talk nicely to you. But a simple data recovery issue, they wanted me to spend $800 on a $60 device. Disappointing when GEEKs can't help. Used Bestbuy for all my electronics need for last 15+ years.

Garbage - the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After speaking with Geek squad over the phone they told me that my file that was corrupted was recoverable and they made an appt for me to bring in my laptop - when I got there the lazy jerk didnt even open my laptop - didnt even ask a question - He said "yeah I was reading about your file issue and we cant help you - you could send it out to our repair techs but they probably wont be able to recover it" Well ok if you read that and knew that - why wouldnt you call me to tell me not to come??? I had to waste 40 minutes out of my work day and $15 in gas. We have 3 companies that use Geek squad - I have now cancelled all account and went with Hellotech - they are amazing and recovered my file. I reccoment everyone use them.
