Very friendly staff, shoutout Justin! He was personable, understood the task at hand, was extremely knowledgeable, and did everything within his control to assist. I’ve never had any issues with my Apple products before (and I’ve been using Apple my entire life) so having to go to the Genius Bar was a first for me. I forgot my Apple password and he was so kind and patient with me. I also heard him helping a guest prior to me with an even more difficult situation and he was extremely kind and understanding. All of the other staff who helped was very kind as well. A man whose name I cannot remember (it started with an F), although our interaction was short he was also very understanding and kind. And a blonde woman who assisted with helping me get checked in who was very nice and personable as well. If I ever need help with my Apple products again, I’d go out of my way to go to this location.

My phone upgrade took longer than anticipated only because my provider needed to make adjustments to my plan. The whole team was very kind and I didn’t feel rushed once. I was embarrassed to be going into the after hours but Mike was with me every step of the way. I ended up with a terrific iPhone upgrade thanks to him and his patience. Thank you!

Came here to exchange my laptop for a newer version for school. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted by Stuart. Stuart was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered all my questions and made the process super quick! Stuart set up an appointment for me at the Genius Bar and was able to expedite it. I then was greeted Brandon and he also was wonderful! He explained the storage and that he recommended that I upgrade so I have more storage. He also was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I then was helped by Joel who helped finish out the process. He was patient, easy to converse with and friendly too. Everyone who helped me was amazing! John the manager was wonderful, kind, and supportive. He helped resolve some of the issues and turned a long experience into a good one and was very patient with our situation. All of the staff members were exceptional. Highly recommend coming here for any and all your Apple needs!

Wonderful experience. My phone’s battery was dying so I went to see if I could get it replaced. The staff member I worked with was so friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me on a new phone. The whole process took about an hour - not a problem with a whole mall to explore. I’ll definitely be returning anytime I have any issues.

Came in to buy iPhone upgrade from my XR. First time I went unfortunately forgot my card at home for payment so wasn’t about to finish transaction, but both fellas I worked with were awesome. Second time I went back to try & upgrade again since I got my card from home & had the time. Upon coming in was greeted by manager who asked me what I’m there for today. I told him iPhone 14 to upgrade from my XR so he brings me over to the iPhone 14 & tells me to please wait a rep will be right with me… in the store was double Apple reps to customers. I’m then greeted by a rep who clearly didn’t want to be at work… I am a manager so I know the attitude she said it’s not possible today so I left no ideas from her on how we can make this happen today. NJ is an at will state if an employee doesn’t want to be at work send them home!
