Phone Guy Repairs

I'm so glad I saw the Phone Guy Repairs sign while walking in Raritan. Nick was very knowledgeable and kind, and gave my cracked iPhone a new life. Now I can take better photos without the headache of the focus constantly going in and out. Parts arrived quickly, and I was only without my phone for a few hours. Excellent service at a fair price. Highly recommended!!

I highly recommend using Phone Guy for repairs of your phone. I emailed the issue that my touch screen was not working, and Nick responded the next day. He accurately assessed the issue from my description, and I was able to go to have him look at my phone the same day. He ordered a new touch screen (which was why the touch pad was not working) that same day. He called the next morning, saying the part was in. I stopped by that same afternoon, and waited as he replaced the touch screen. It was not even 30 minutes. Nick was a pleasure to deal with, great customer service, and he saved me money as well.

It's really tough to find a cell phone repair shop you can trust these days. The guys in the mall seem like a fly-by-night operation, and the bigger chain repair stores won't even diagnose your phone without wanting your phone to be unlocked. Then there's the folks that do this work on the side and are impossible to schedule. Nick is none of that and is the reason that I drove 30 minutes to have my phone repaired with him. When I initially started inquiring about his services his responses were timely and detailed. When it came to the day-of-the repair, he was professional, very thorough and trustworthy. I'd highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a reputable mom-and-pop shop type operation that will fix your phone for a reasonable price, with fast turnaround time, and quality work. I hope to not have to need Nick's services again, but it's good to know that if I do - he's there
