I want to commend the excellent service provided by Olivia in Print services. I needed a last minute change to a seating chart for my mother’s 90th birthday. She not only made the change within an hour of my request but enhanced the design. She is very competent , professional, and courteous. Thank you Olivia! Lorraine S.

I had a pretty good experience here but I only went on here for two items, the guy at the register was very nice. I like that this staples is easy access from rt 17. it has a very nice selection of products from what I’ve seen and is very well organized too. Would definitely come back.

You guys need to figure out how to checkout a customer who is waiting for 10 minutes while your one checkout clerk is processing an unending Amazon return. Maybe the two management guys yacking about 10 feet away while your customer is waiting for 10 minutes to check out can be part of the solution. Anyway, I went to Walmart and got what I needed for about 1/7th the cost. Pro tip: Serve your customers or lose them.

I am writing this review to commend two of the employees who I interacted with. One is Olivia who works in print services. I had placed a very time sensitive print order. I placed it earlier in the day with a gentleman and apparently there was as a problem with the order. Olivia inherited this problem after the other person left for the day. I found out about it when I called to ask a question about the order (I was in quite a panic when I heard). Olivia who is so sweet, handled the problem calmly and professionally. She really went over and above to accommodate me as well. The other person I would like to compliment , is the manager , I believe his name is Dan. He also got involved and swiftly made sure my order took priority! I had met him once before at the register (a couple of years ago) he specifically took the time to make sure I had the staples app downloaded correctly as they were changing it! Great job Olivia and Dan! That’s what customer service is all about!! 🤩 ps just dealt with Kaitlin and she was awesome as well!

Staples would always be part of me, so visited here for nostalgic purposes, definitely had a moment, the store is very clean and quiet, they have a decent selection of items, however, my only issue is that the music on the overhead is missing, there is no music in the store, so just check that and you'll be good to go, love the new program of the "Easy Rewards" as well, the shopping in store and also online is very convenient to gather points and help the store in general: Keep it up you guys:
