Great front-line help but supervisor decided phone “wasn’t damaged enough” to support Apple Care warranty claim. Back to the Apple Store next time.

They have the worst people answering phone. Their communication skills suck. I felt like I got transferred to a foreign call center.

My Samsung phone was being bombarded with hacks I made an appointment over the phone and went to the Princeton Best Buy. A wonderful young man named John fixed my phone in a few minutes. Great customer service there.

Very good team and willing to support and go the extra mile. Ended up taking a years support for a recent laptop purchase. Will definitely recommend except for the attitude of a sales associate that I was not happy about but that's nothing to do with the Princeton Best Buy Geek Squad !

Online they said they would install a computer part for $40 customer supplied. When I called, it's impossible to reach Geek Squad at the store. I had to travel to the store. Then, they told me that for this model, they are not allowed to do the repairs in the store. They have to ship it out to the central service center, and for this repair, they are not allowed to use customer supplied parts, greatly increasing my costs. Instead, I used BuySellRepairs.us https://maps.app.goo.gl/8cypPDiduVLzyztJ7
