They quickly and competently fixed my phone(new charging jack). The price was fair considering the cost of replacing a phone. However they put a sticker on it that won't come off. Picking at it, using alcohol, everything I could and the picture shows the result. Disappointing and unnecessary.

My computer had a broken power switch which was fixed and I am writing this review on it. Because the power switch was part of the cabinet the fix required a new cabinet which I really like and they said it would only take 3 days. The one small problem was the fact that the only suggested the fix on the 20th day that they had it.

I needed to get my Samsung Galaxy earbuds repaired, the Bluetooth broke, and I tried several other repair locations and they were unable to help me. However at this location I met Mr Oussey Khoussa. He was extremely helpful and quickly helped me by providing documentation to assist my insurance claim. Thank you so much for being so helpful.

Pixel 5a not working at all. I thought perhaps defective battery. Told ", Unrepairable". Disappointed that your protocol is: if the cause for a not functioning phone is not obvious, then you will declare it Unrepairable, and advise replacement. Mine was out of warranty.

In the end, my data was transferred successfully from an old Samsung Galaxy to my new S24. For that, I am very happy, since it was not an easy process with my old phone being shattered and defunct. However, there was a lack of communication about estimated pickup time. I visited three times over several days, only to be told when I arrived that my phones were not ready. Eventually, the third employee with whom I spoke was really helpful and straightforward, and he was the person who ultimately left me messages and responded to my emails. Overall, the service works, though there are some service kinks that need to be worked out.
