I recently had my computer repaired here, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After the initial repair, the same issue reoccurred within a month, which made me suspect the problem hadn’t been fully diagnosed. When I sought a second opinion, another technician pointed out a few things that raised concerns about the thoroughness of the service. I expected clear communication and a more comprehensive approach, but unfortunately, I didn’t feel that was the case. While quick service can be valuable, ensuring a complete and lasting fix is even more important. Overall, I was left questioning the quality & transparency of the repair. Will not be returning here again!

My laptop hasn't been charging properly and eventually stopped charging completely. I finally brought it in to get fixed and was told it would take 2-3 days to get the parts and since it was on a Thursday that would push it back to the following week. He knew my sense of urgency since i run my business through my laptop. Needless to say he called me an hr later that he could get the part the next day (expedited delivery). My laptop was fixed in less than 24 hrs! Amazing service!!

My battery was acting up, and to send it to the company for repairs would have cost $300. Since my laptop only costs $168, I decided to take it to a repair shop. They were able to get a new battery, and replace it within 3 days, and it only cost me about $75.

Be careful if you go here. They repair some things okay like generic laptops. I've had my old Toshiba repaired here. But if you bring in a piece of equipment the guy really likes he'll rob you blind trying to get it. My husband and I recently brought in a 55 inch tv to get repaired and the guy tried to hustle us for it by first replacing the part, then flipping the picture upside down and pretending he didn't know how to fix it. (You just go to the setup menu & flip it back.) He kept saying what a nice tv it was and offering to buy it from us. Needless to say we got the TV back as soon as we realized what was happening. (It wasn't cheap.) Use them if you have to but if you have something nice or valuable to fix GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
