Uniq Electronics Radio Shack

Bought a brand new nzxt pc January 2023. I've been dealing with games lagging very bad even at 720p low graphics. Was about to give uo since the nzxt thinks I'm a pc genius and knows how to do their job for them. Anyways I decided to bring it here and 2 days later it's running beautifully. I should brought it here months ago instead of trying to deal with nzxt support. Paying for shipping waiting 4 weeks for then to tell me nothing is wrong. I'll go here till the day I die.

I have dealt with Dave's [Ed: now Uniq] in the past and found them to be competent and swift. Their competence is not in dispute, but the most recent time I made use of them, I was not told that the shop was swamped with projects and my very simple job was going to take until the next day. Even so, I was only charged an hour's labor, less than the listed cost for what I needed done. ---- In the time since I wrote this original review, I've taken my computer in for service twice. The shop is now much better about informing the customer about how much work is ahead of their job, and realistic about the wait times. Once, they performed a miracle same-day turnover. More recently, though I brought my rig in near opening on Friday, I was told that though every effort would be made, a Monday morning finish was more likely, and this proved to be the case. I have no complaints, nor any fear in entrusting my machine to Uniq, formerly Dave's.

Has new phone system installed in our office. Dan was great in getting us up to speed . Very smooth transfer. Quick, easy. and hassle free. Really covered all the bases. Also saved us a ton of money on the conversion. Would highly recommend service.

The mother board of my 2 year old 650$ HP laptop needed to be replaced after a power surge. No longer under warranty, I took it to Uniq. They were not able to fix it, telling me they couldn't get parts, then proceeded to charge me $64.71 + tax totaling $69.00 for their "service" charge. I didn't believe for 1 minute that the parts weren't available and felt they weren't capable of fixing it. Not wanting to ship it off for repair, I took a chance and went to see the electronics guy at the local flea market, open Tuesdays and Saturdays. He had it fixed and back in my hands inside of 10 days. In fact I'm typing this review on that very laptop and I couldn't be happier! It's running like new and at a great price.

Bought my first cell phone here years ago. Great customer service. 18 years later, the customer service is just as good, and they were able to answer my questions about Windows 8! Thanks!
