This was such a positive experience for me! It started when I arrived AFTER the place was closed for the day but the owner saw me in the parking lot, opened his doors and welcomed me in despite being done for the day. My computer was then handled with the upmost care. I was called often to be given updates because my cracked screen requires a new one to be shipped, which took almost 2 weeks. And when I return for pick up, all of the things I wanted added to my laptop plus the repairs were done and it’s like I have a brand new baby! And it was very fairly priced! Much lower than the big box stores quoted me. I highly recommend this repair shop!

I got my computer battery fixed from here about a couple months ago. First off, the customer service was impeccable. The lady I spoke to and who handled my payments was so pleasant. Also, the battery has not given me any problems for the past couple of months that I have had it. Very good service and quick!!! I needed it for college the next week and I got it back within 3 days.

Literally the only people I'll trust with my hardware. Went to Best Buy to get my pc fixed and they couldn't fix it. Then I brought it here and everything was perfect. Even got rid of a virus on one of my other computers and then took apart a rebuilt my main gaming computer. Trust me, this is the place you wanna go. Customer service is also great!

I have had my work computer repaired and cleaned out by them, they did such a good job at a great price that I took all the laptops, notebooks and house computer in for cleaning the system and tell which of my old (not being used) computers were still worth using. For my kids Christmas presents I went and got two identical laptops two years ago, they are still working great. Know I am ready to get another laptop for me and I will only shop from them.
