Martin was the third service rep who serviced our Speed Queen washer. Going by the feedback we provided concerning the prior two service calls and a video, he decided to bring a part with him that he felt would be the solution to the problem. When he arrived, he lifted the lid on the machine and noticed the play in the wash tub. He then said, "This isn't right." He used the part that he brought with him to fix the washer immediately. The "missing" part fixed the problem. Martin is professional, meticulous, and very thorough. He is the best 😄 !!

Martin came out and fixed our dryer which we just got last week! It didn’t work immediately after install and we were so upset, plus had to wait until after Christmas for someone to come out. Martin was so great and knowledgeable. He found the issue deep inside the machine and then decided to check everything out just to make sure we would not have any other issues. Our top freeze refrigerator was not cooling the fridge portion of the appliance. Solution electronics was able to quickly get us on the schedule and get a provider out to accesses the issue. A few parts had to be ordered and when they came out the second time, they were just a pleasant, kind and informative as the last. They were efficient and thoroughly assessed and troubleshooted the appliance afterwards to ensure that it was working properly and nothing was left undone. Would recommend them for any appliance problems.
