iFix Your Cell-Paterson

Dropped my Apple Watch off for a cracked screen on a Sunday, was told it would be ready the following Monday. Never received a call. I call on Tuesday and was told it’s ready. I go to pick it up and there are super visible and obvious glue stains all around the watch and a very visible gap on one side of the watch. My watch now has connectivity issues and I can no longer use Apple Pay. Very dissatisfied with service and handling of my device. I should have just paid Apple the extra $40 I thought I was saving. Now I have to spend $299 on a brand new watch. Never again.

Dear God, reading these reviews are important. but I didn't b4 going. And I dropped my phone off yesterday for screen repair and came back for it today "and the freakin guy couldnt find my freakin phone". but after rambling for minutes for it he found it. And he said that if it was lost he never found it he is not responsible for it because I handed it to his partner yesterday who wrote up the ticket for it but even though this guy was the one who actually fixed it. Its ok, Thank God I know "NOT TO GO BACK THERE". Glad to see the review before me. I may still make a police report about these silly irresponsible people. too sad. All of this fraud going on today and they wanna play with phones. U know I was scared as hell.

Horrible experience. While I was waiting for my phone there was someone complaining about customer service and them not fixing his phone properly. They asked me to leave and my phone would be ready in an hour. It only needed a screen, but they would call me. Over 2 hours later I called they advised me to come pick up my phone. When I arrived they replaced it with a new screen, I later found out from Apple they put the wrong screen on. But now because of putting on the wrong screen they damaged my mother board and I need a new phone. So the cost me over 300 dollars to fix the issue. Stay away from the place they don’t know what they are doing. In addition upon my arrival there was another customer with issues . Customers be aware costly mistake. I’ll be contacting better Buisness bureaus and lodging a formal complaint.

I went here this weekend to get my phone fixed- it went really well! The woman who fixed my phone was very thorough, and fixed it very quickly. My screen and LCD are perfect now, and I have no issues with the light or touch screen. Would definitely recommend.
