TALK N FIX WIRELESS - Phone and Computer Repair

My husband took his phone to get the screen fixed he was charged $400 & something to replace screen not with original parts but not even two weeks later phone screen has popped up on the corner when someone calls screen turns black, when you charge phone it over heats. I took it back for them to look at it and they acted as if they had nothing to do with it. So unprofessional DONT TO HERE! They will over charge you & if there’s anything wrong they won’t at least help you after you spending your hard earned money! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! To the owner who just replied to me below! How dare you sound like you were willing to help when you know damn well you wasn’t I wish you would’ve said that in person and not treat your customers the way you did. Like you said that was your store even, you sound all professional over the internet but in person is a different story! EVEN WORSE YOURE THE OWNER YOU SHOULD help your customers after they spent over $500 in your store! & DO NOT LIE BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT WILLING TO HELP!!! If not I would’ve not left this negative review which you definitely deserve & people should know what type of business this is before they go here !

Beware of Poor service get warranty on all phones and fixes paid $117 to fix a crack screen 2 hours later the screen lifted and re cracked they told me they would charge me another $117 to repair again because it wasn’t under warranty I processed to say I’ll file a lawsuit the guy supposedly called the manger who said they would fix it again for $35 but not for free and the manger would be back today I called and someone answered and said they don’t keep us with his schedule as a business owner this show you to stay far away from businesses like this who value money over happy customers you sell solutions not product overall I would believe most products in this store will give you problems just like the 2 guys who are mostly working inside the place * do not recommend * Poor customer service skills Money over good service 👎🏽 Secret shopper

this is the best iPhone repair store u’ll ever find!! they fixed my iphone within 20 mins when my screen was cracked, and when i was having trouble of touching certain places. they even made a very great deal on the screen protector which im very thankful for, so thank you so much for helping! keep up with the great work!

I had my Samsung Galaxy phone screen replaced about 3 months ago and paid $400 and they said it was original but the touch is definitely duller than before and the screen cracked after 3month. I went back and told them I couldn't understand the situation. They charged me another $400 and said there was no warranty. I'm really upset and would absolutely not recommend this place.

It could've been a bit better if they did the job correctly the 1st time. 2nd attempt was meh. The back replacement wasn't as good as I thought it'd be.
