I was very disappointed my last visit here. I went in looking for a common phone part so I can repair my phone. The lady working was incredibly clueless for an employee at a phone repair store. She was literally no help at all to me or the customer infront of me. The only reason im even giving this place two stars instead of one is because when I came here with a broken phone a few years ago, they were able to save it. I don't know if they changed owners or what, but it didnt seem like the same place this last visit.

I recently visited Ghost Tech in Passaic for a phone repair, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about all things tech.

Don’t use this business, I am a loyal customer for 3 years. Bought many things from them, thought they were good people. I bought a phone case last week, it was defective, it kept popping open , it wouldn’t stay closed at all. Due to it opening up unexpectedly my phone fell and it also resulted in my screen protector cracking (I bought that there too) anyways I brought it back and they refused to exchange the case for another . They acted like I was scamming them , which is laughable due to being a very loyal customer. So now they lose my husband and myself as customers, I will also be disputing the charge with my cc and I will get the refund anyways. And now I will post this HONEST REVIEW of these crooks. So I hope the 10 dollar phone case was worth losing 100’s of dollars in business. I will note ; the Dominican guy who used to work there was amazing and had excellent customer service, the owner is the biggest douche the community will ever see. And I’m pretty sure he will be the downfall of his own business.
