I could not possibly rate this man more highly. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, quick and proficient in computer & tech repair. I’m a Parsippany local, and realized on the morning of my only day off that my laptop (which was already on its last legs) was no longer charging — and I hadn’t migrated a single piece of important data to a safe drive yet. As I started doing so, I searched for local repair shops with very little hope on getting any form of quick or adequately priced repairs so my little machine could make it to the finish line. The First Gentleman I spoke to at a different local shop told me it wouldn’t even be worth the price of repair versus buying a brand new one. I tried to explain that I only needed one specific thing done but felt like his store was a lost cause. Mike was my second call, and even more highly rated. He more than deserves them because within one hour I left happy with the job done and a reasonable bill. Since it was a shorter job I had the pleasure of chatting with him as he worked and got to briefly glimpse and better understand what was being done. Stellar repair, was able to head home and complete everything. Do yourself a favor and just use ExcelTech if you live anywhere in the area.

Recently, I brought my lap top to Nimish (ExcelTech Computer Services) to have it looked at for the broken back cover and hinges of the screen. Nimish diagnosed my laptop issue very quickly and explained the problem with a cost effective option. During the initial diagnosis, I was told that laptop screen could get damaged while changing the cover and might have to be replaced. At the same time I was assured that he will try to work as delicately as possible to save the screen. He kept his promise and saved the screen saving $$$ on additional repair cost. This shows Nimish is trustworthy, proficient and cares for the customers’ money. I highly recommend and appreciate Nimish’s work ethics and honesty! On the other note, during my visit I learned that Nimish is also multitalented and an expert in professional grade Laser Engraving. I got opportunity to look at some of the elegant engraving work by him on multi surfaces: Glass, Wood and Metal. I was stunned with the exquisite detail, masterful craftsmanship, smooth lines and precise cuts. To sum it up, Nimish is a highly talented, skillful, and an honest professional!
