This is really bothering me so I will write about it. Now I am a male I have long hair and I have a limp due to an ankle injury. So I was walking the aisles looking around and then this kid who works there comes from down the aisle and says yo man can I help you. I told him what I was looking for and he shook his head and told me I need to go up the street for that at the hardware store. Now it's the way I was spoken too.. I was talked too like he was better than me. Like I was some hobo who just decided to go into Staples and walk around. This employee or other employees who work there really need training in guest relations. Again it is not that you didn't have what I was looking for it was the tone that the employee took to me. Made me feel horribly uncomfortable into going there again. Very bad guest relations!!

I had a good experience here and found my printer supplies easily. it has a very nice selection of products from what I’ve seen and is very well organized too. This staples location is well maintained, neat, organized, and well stocked. There's ample parking along with ups drop off

The way I was treated by the woman who works in the print shop was completely uncalled for. I usually head over to the same spot to do an Amazon return so that’s what I did. I didn’t even think to look over to see they moved the return spot because it’s just always been in the same spot so I head right there. She said “Don’t you see there’s a big orange sign over there?” Why do people treat each other this way? She didn’t need to say that at all. I’m so sick of people acting nasty like this for absolutely no reason.

print dept. is good have used several times and has been fair for the price and service. Would recommend. Store sales mostly on your own. Good if needing items same day.
