This place is TOP-NOTCH. (Even though I had Asurion Insurance on my phone. Asurion claimed to not have a replacement screen for my iPhone 16 Pro Max because it is so new.) These guys literally saved my Thanksgiving weekend by getting me up and running in just a few hours. Keegan at the front desk was incredibly helpful and down to Earth. Outside of the speed and professionalism of my entire encounter at this business, he made things exceptionally more easy and pleasant. I recommend this place for all of your Apple branded repair needs. With my AppleCare, it was only $30 out of the door in hours when my insurance was trying to get me to mail my phone in and be without a device for a week or more. Don’t let that be you and come here.

Keegan was very helpful. I called at 10 am about fixing my front and back screen/glass. I knew I had AppleCare so I was hoping it could be free or cheap but was more expecting cheap LOL. By 11 am I was in the store, ticket created, and ended up finding out my entire phone is being replaced for FREE! Super fast and easy. Great experience and way easier than going into a packed Apple Store in the mall. I definitely recommend!

I had a problem with my iMac and was referred to this company by Apple. My machine is old and no longer under warranty and even on-line support couldn't get my operating system to load. I took my computer to ITC, and they quickly fixed the problem and I was able to pick it up the same day. They were helpful, professional and knowledgeable. So far, I have not had any other issues, I will definitely use them again.
