I just came to return an item and I didn’t have a receipt. They were able to look up what I purchased and return it no problem. They were very helpful. I even had an issue with my ultra watch too with the band, they were able to help me correct the issue I was having, it was a very nice experience.

I got an appointment at 3:15 and not 3:40 and still they want me to wait . There is 7-8 employees walking around chit chatting and no one is coming for me . So why I got an appointment and if I’ll be late 20 min I know they’ll be like oooooo I’m sorry but you are late !!!!!they are not really busy a lot of employees but no one taking care of my appointment for my MacBook Pro ( i paid 3500 !!! ) also paid 149.99 for AppleCare +

- The people there have been great every time I’ve went. A few years ago I brought a relative’s phone and the issue was the charging port had some dust. They cleaned it and I don’t recall them even charging me. - Went there recently and got a repair done. They were very busy. Despite that, they were able to still accommodate my reservation even though I was stuck in traffic and got there late. Their reservation process is simple and included a diagnostic you could run yourself. As soon as someone was available to help me, they found the issue quickly (along with other recommendations) and began working. Price was reasonable to me. - I suggest setting a reservation at a time and date when your schedule is free. I had to wait about 20 minutes or so for someone to begin the process. Understandable, as they get very busy at times. - Aside from that, my phone is working great now. Thank you for once again doing a great job.

I went to this Apple Store, and my rep was Justin he had great customer service. And he answered all my concerns that I had. I’m really happy I was able to resolve the issue I was having with my phone I cracked the back and he said they can repair it and I have full coverage on my phone, but only thing is that he didn’t have the part in stock within couple days they will have it and then I can repair my phone! He was very nice, and it was soothing to have someone understand. Thank you Justin.

Honestly I had nothing but the kindest most helpful experience at this Apple Store. The first time I walked in I immediately was approached by a very cheerful nice team member who would have assisted me had I had everything I needed. I called the store a few days later and Anthony was patient and wonderful answering all my questions. I had to return to the store once more to resolve my situation. Ed was just amazing I cannot thank him enough for his patience and kindness in helping me with my everything. Seriously just rock star customer service I can’t say enough. I literally left my local Apple Store in tears bc the staff was so rude and unhelpful. Every single person I encountered at this store was a total 180 from ours. When I need new apple products I will seriously take the hour plus drive to this store.
