She made every effort to resolve the issue, put an Alert on the letter and even followed up with us days later to let us know the status, that it had made its final destination. All of the staff members here are super friendly and helpful. Anytime I come in to have something shipped they always help me and try to figure out the least expensive way to ship it. I recently had ordered poster boards for my wedding and they came out fantastic. Highly recommend them!!!
