I purchased 2 small motors for motorized shades that were $120 each expensive but I was Ok with it because I couldn’t find them anywhere. My complaint is I returned to purchase another motor and Chip charged me a $60 deposit, after several months he said he couldn’t get another motor but refused to return my $60 deposit.

Do not keep in touch about the process giving credit to him about being sick & in the hospital but still takes long to communicate my speakers were there 5 months and he still has not fixed the issue or know what’s wrong with them..

They might have been a long way to travel to, (1 hour away) but it was worth the trip. They were the only place I called that was able to repair my 47 year old Akai 4 channel reel to reel recorder. They did a great job. It was very expensive to fix. However, I expected that, but it was worth every penny.

Fixed my favorite 20 year old SACD player. Works and looks brand new and the SACDs play perfectly again. Recommended

I brought my grandfathers Fostex X-26 Multitracker, which would not stop spinning, sounded like a belt issue to me, but I was not sure. I called to see if they repaired cassette players and the owner, who picked up the phone, was very informative and helpful. He let me know everything about the process, how long it would most likely take, the price estimation, etc. I brought it in the following day and I was greeted by the owner & an employee who were very knowledgeable on this type of stuff. I just got it back today after a month or so, and it's running great again, no issues at all, feels brand new. Overall, a great shop and great employees. I had a great experience and they are very trustworthy people.
