Just had a 2 hour visit at home by Rich. He is excellent. Task was to figure out why an erroneous second e mail address showed up in my e mail. He made many calls to verizon and AOL to solve the issue. Much more patient with them than I would have been. Also set up a new i pad. Prices very reasonable. I recommend him to everyone with tech issues. A life saver. Wonderful.

Excellent customer service and very reasonably priced! I dropped off my computer to be cleaned and I had a few questions about cooling systems for it. Rich was very helpful in explaining what work they did and what my options were for my computer. Everyone took the time to answer all my questions and were very friendly! I will be recommending them to anyone I can!

I brought my MacBook here a couple of months ago because it was not charging anymore. I assumed it was just the charger port that was broken but the woman that worked here informed me it was the Motherboard that needed to be replaced. That's a $400 replacement, and as a college student, I felt that I might as well buy a new computer for a cheaper price. Fast forward to now, I had a gut feeling to take my MacBook to BestBuy's Geek Squad they took it to the back, and in less than 2 mins they came back to me and said the MacBook turned on. There was nothing wrong with the MacBook, the port just had dust. I told them how Computer Medic told me it was a motherboard issue and he said that they just wanted to scam me for a repair. If you come here first, I'D RECOMMEND GETTING A SECOND OPINION!!!!
