I bought this chair for my son. It’s a chair, nothing special. It’s comfortable, I would give 5 stars if the arm rest when flipped back would clear the back of the chair. They stick out a little near shoulders and seam awkward if using a head set and sitting back. Bottom line for $120 it’s ok.

This place has everything “staple” in it for your office and WFH needs. Problem is they have surplus of everything that a lot of items are strewn on the floor. They have good offers on select items and we got a lot of items from our last visit. The Print section seemed pretty busy as a lot of foot traffic was going into that direction only. The checkout was smooth as the staff was quick and kind. The reason I rate this store two stars less is for the reason that it is not well-kept. There were ladders in the middle of the walking aisles, items on the floor or busy employees stacking up items during business hours. One thing is really commendable about this place is, it being wheelchair friendly with respect to its entrance and the washroom. This is where it is even more important to keep the items in their places so that people can traverse through hassle free.

I’ve generally had standard experiences here, but I recently encountered a rude staff member when asking about the same-day print cutoff time. I simply wanted to know if I could get my project in on time, but instead of providing helpful guidance, the employee was dismissive and curtly told me to pay the upcharge to ensure it would be completed. I understand that policies are policies, but a little hospitality and professionalism go a long way. For context, it was 12:18p when I asked—plenty of time before closing—so it wasn’t an unreasonable request. I will not be using Staple's print services moving forward.

Every shipment that I receive from UPS either arrives broken, missing parts or they never deliver it. I literally have track a package all the way to the front of my house. Then see that the tracking goes off the guy never steps out of the truck and leaves. You guys really have a bunch of corrupt employees delivering people packages.

1st time, I got exposed to self printing and scanning. I printed around 80 pages, and all the printers are really friendly users. I had hassle free experience.
