I have been in the Staples in Newton for the last two days for different reasons. The variety of items they stock are fantastic & there are always sales going in. 2 - 12 packs of Pepsi for eight dollars! They help you find the items you are looking for & Are very knowledgeable about the different items in all their different isles . if you can’t find they item they are happy to help! They also carry travel size items now! They now accept Amazon returns!! very easy! as long as you have your SQ code on your phone or on the package. They also take used batteries etc when you bring in old batteries or ink cartridges, you get a receipt for $10 off of your next purchase, & another purchase. I just saved $20 at Staples in two days . . I had many quality choices. the representatives there are very helpful and very friendly.

Newton store staff are always ready to assist and help. They know their products, they are helpful in the printer and scanner area that I use frequently and in general want the customer to be satisfied. They do a great job!

I had eight packages to ship and as soon as I walked out to the counter, the lady greeted me with “I hope you’re paying my overtime. I leave in 10 minutes”. I bring all of the boxes in and I start to put them on the counter to get them organized as they were going to different places And the lady told me to not put them on the counter. When I asked her where can I put these packages? Her reply was “put them on the floor I guess“ I walked out without my packages being shipped and went to FedEx with their customer. Service was excellent.

I create my own Christmas cards and use Staples to have them printed. The clerk who helped me, (Margo??) was courteous, helpful and efficient.
