I cannot say enough good about my experience with Sterling Rose! My computer was ridiculously slow and it was extremely frustrating. I’m a local real estate agent and need my computer 24/7 at normal fast speed! I was able to get an in-person appointment within an hour, and after one hour of going over things with him, I walked away with a computer ready to go! I didn’t miss a beat! When minor email glitches suddenly became major problems, a client game me Norman's name as someone 1) who could solve my problems and 2) that I could trust. Over several hours we migrated my email and set up all the addresses. When there was a glitch the next day, he immediately got back online with me to fix that too.
