The personnel at this location were extremely helpful. I couldn't find the ink cartridge combination I wanted. I asked the associate, he first told me to ask the cashier, then he went into the storeroom and came back with the specific product i wanted and helped me check out so I could use a credit I had free previous purchases. I no longer expect such great consumer service, so what a shock to me!

I recently visited this Staples to laminate some documents, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff did not greet me upon arrival and failed to confirm the prices for the services I requested. Their demeanor was unfriendly; they spoke to me while facing away and did not show any kindness. At the end of my visit, they left my items on the counter without even looking at me to inform me that they were ready or to ask if I needed anything else. This made me feel very uncomfortable, to the point where I questioned whether it was a matter of discrimination or simply the employee having a bad day. Additionally, the lamination job was incomplete, as the edges were not trimmed, and I had to do that myself when I got home. Overall, this experience left much to be desired.

I went today to go shopping for school supplies and I was so frustrated with the cashier experience. The lady charged me twice for one item and then shut down her computer when I asked to see the itemized receipt. The total was $70 the first time, but when she asked a different lady to scan my items the total came out to be $64. The line was so long and they were so worried about convincing people to download the app which held up everyone and created such a mess. But the shopping experience was good with good deals until the cashier.

Printing department is the best! They are always so friendly and helpful! We have been coming here for years and always extremely happy with the service.

Chris in the COPY and PRINT area is amazing. What a gift to others. I came there with a FAST print job for a friends funeral today and he made gorgeous 24x36 prints of the photos that I can frame for all of the siblings. Not only that but he also helped a bunch of others who needed help faxing, making business cards and shipping things. I mean seriously-- helping others is his gift... STAPLES IF YOU ARE READING THIS--- Send that man a gift basket or give him a raise or something. I asked him if i could buy him a coffee to say thank you and he even said "no thank you i don't do it for that reason. I do it to help" STAPLES MORE CHRIS TYPE EMPLOYEES WILL CHANGE THE WORLD!!
