Dan was very personable, patient and knowledgeable. He talked to me throughout the process, so I felt like I was part of the process and not just someone on standby. I could "hear the smile" in his voice when he was speaking with me, not many companies provide that level of customer service anymore. It is always a good experience when I call in for customer service, all of the team there has always shown the same consideration.

Adam H was very helpful - he worked with my company to troubleshoot the issue with my computer working being caused by not having enough RAM memory. Once I received the new RAM memory chip he walked me through the steps to install it myself and also shared a video tutorial in case I needed it. We then tested the performance of my computer and all was resolved! I couldn't be happier with the help service! Thank you!
