Had a cracked laptop screen. Called a big box store, Went through all the prompts, could not speak to a person. Hung up and called Tom. He actually answered the phone! Brought the laptop in. Was fixed in less than a week. Very reasonable pricing and nice to support a local business.

Tommy was great! Absolute outstanding customer service!! I called him on the 4th of July to see if I could get my phone screen replaced. He was able to help me out during the holiday day via the phone so I didn’t have to drive there right away while he ordered the part. The part arrived a few days later and I was able to my phone off for about an hour. He gave me a loner phone to use while he fixed my screen and gave me a call when it was finished. Great prices and a pleasure to work with. He made jokes and worked fast. Highly recommend for any computer or phone repairs!

The screen on my MacBook Pro randomly stopped working after less than five years. I brought it to Apple, and they quoted me $750 to repair it, and said it would take days. They told me I should just buy a new computer instead. But, as stated, my computer is less than five years old and operates perfectly, so it seemed insane to buy a brand new one just because the screen wasn't working! I brought it to Tom and he fixed it in 3 hours for only $350. Works great now! I really trusted him and would recommend to anyone!

It doesn’t get any better than Mr. Chung! My sons gaming pc crashed, brought it over to Mr. Chung and within the hour it was diagnosed, repaired and cleaned! He knows his stuff and he’s old school but up to date on all the latest computer peripherals and components. I can’t thank him enough oh and very reasonable pricing too! Thank You Mr. Chung!

Tom was incredible! I hadn’t backup my photoshoot and my hard drive went down. He managed to retrieve everything by the next day. I’ve used him a bunch since like when I smashed my laptop screen and again he fixed it within a day. I won’t go to anyone else but Tom moving forward. I highly recommend him!
