i had an awesome experience at this store when my work computer completely shut down. it was an archaic PC and not only did the computer specialist (in this case, joe) explain the problem clearly, they helped me to replace what was unfixable and offered follow-up help if necessary. all of this took less than 24 hours! thank you to joe and paul for your excellent customer service.

I been here a few times always been happy. I just brought my sons gaming computer in because it was starting up. The RAm came loose and just had to be plugged in. They could have said anything so happy. The computer has been running very slow also, they changed the drive out and my son is thrilled with the speed. The prices are great and they are very trust worthy. Thanks Chris!!!

They did a great job. Replaced my laptop screen. Friendly people. Well-priced. There was some minor confusion on completion time, but nothing that would stop me from going back. Great local place.

I was wrong! They did contact me. They emailed--telling me to bring it in!. I just wasn't expecting email and never looked! So, I recind my previous review. I brought it back in and they fixed it--while I waited, I might add--it was a simple thing. The boot order got messed up. Took like 5 minutes or less. They did do a good job on my computers (I actually took 2. One needed a new ssd and the other was not updated with the "nonimportant" widows update- I don'teven know where that is on windows 10! The charges for this particular issue were quite reasonable. The othercwas a little more than I expected but they did get all of my info off the dead hard drive, so I'm a happy camper!) I was mad because no one contacted me, but they did! I am chagrinned! So, the work was great, time to repair was great, and the people are nice. I will go there again!

Dropped off a 12 year old laptop for repair and hopefully an upgraded operating system. The experts here were able to do both. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They answered my questions fully. The cost of the repair/upgrade was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
