Mike is very impressive! Highly recommend! I called on Monday night, 5 minutes before closing, explained the problem with my phone and agreed to meet on Tuesday. He had order the part Monday night and FIXED my phone in about 15 minutes on Tuesday! Verizon's only answer to me was that I needed a new phone, that the issue was unrepairable. And the bonus was that his dad, Sam, was there to chat with while I waited!! Thank you Mike and Sam!
