This is the worst Staples I ever been. Zero stars for the WHOLE store staff. I walk in with my son, looking for an office chair for his office. We were there trying chairs, probably for a good 30 min. And when I tell you that NO ONE, NOOOO ONE ask us if we need it help. Employees pass us and ignore us. We were standing by the laptops, and NO ONE came to help either. UNBELIEVABLE. I spent $130 on a chair just because I needed it but will never ever buy anything at this place again. I should've gone somewhere else. Never again.

TLDR: Friendly (potentially undertrained) staff, avoid during busy seasons The print section of the store is apparently very busy right now and I also do not have a lot of free time so your mileage may vary. The staff were very friendly and patient but my order ticket got lost so they did not start working on my order until hours later than they originally told me it would have been completed. When I received it they had not done what I asked them to do (probably because of the lost ticket, I don't fully blame them for not getting it right because that would have had the details of my order on it). My order was a book to be switched from book-bound to spiral-bound and they did an excellent job with that, but I also needed black covers added to the front and back and when they originally showed it to me the back cover was black but the front was clear. They did fix it for me right then and there, but it took a while, understandably. Both covers were also a weird size that does not fully cover the bottom of the book when it is held upright. However, by the time they handed it to me and I was able to inspect it up close, I was short on time so I could not ask them to fix that too. Overall a frustrating experience, but it seems like they would be better when either party is in less of a rush.

I just want to say the Marylanding Staples has a amazing customer service group Mo , Alex , Jackson to name a few are the best customer service reps they go over and above to help with question and have always found solutions! Mo went as far as going on line to find something for me that Staples no longer carried , and gave me the web site , and best prices ! I have gone to this store many times for my tech question and always leave with solutions !!! I highly recommend this store for all your needs !!! Thank you , for being So helpful !
