Placed in a small shopping center, this specialized repair of phones has an interesting system of appointment that they are actually working in relation with their clients. The initial visit for identifying the issues, possible ordering parts, and reserving time for actual repaire is free of charge. Repaired and payment are stages in the follow-up visit. The shop gives you the feeling of a highly professional environment. Update: After the back cover was replaced and a new battery, the phone sized to work after 4 hours from leaving the shop. I came back, and I was told that this time, the front screen needed to be replaced. Please watch the attachments and judge for yourself Update following previous comment. I brought to the attention to the district manager, who decided that the phone would be repaired on the warranty of the battery, which proved to be defective. I want to thank the district manager for the decision taken. The phone will be repaired soon after the Labor Day Holliday.

Never have a good experience here. Any location they have never has parts available, takes at least a week to make simple fixes, customer care is terrible. Go instead to Gloucester Premium Outlets at Cell Gear. Amazing crew, great prices, same day fixing
