I was actually referred by a friend and customer. I live near the actual place of of business so I actually got to see the process of my new pc coming together. Will was very informative and helpful, explaining what each part was and what it did. It was a great experience and he’s very knowledgeable and personable. This was a Christmas/birthday gift to myself and I’m super happy with how it turned out! She runs super smooth and she’s so beautiful to look at, probably my favorite purchase of the year! Even when my copy of Windows was acting up a few days after taking the pc home, I reached out to Will and he resolved the problem as soon as he was able! William was so so so nice when helping to customize this pretty pink prebuilt for me, he helped work with my budget to create this amazing computer, which not only runs amazingly but matches my cute aesthetic as well. The communication was top tier, he sent me progress pictures of the build and helped me through fixing some wires that (naturally) came loose in shipping - and my pc was packaged so securely, you can tell there was thought behind it. I only have positive comments regarding working with Veridian. The staff was knowledgeable giving advice on options and alternatives, and the service excellent in delivering what we needed in a timely manner. I had an issue with our desktop computer and Billy was able to help in working to get information from that system to load into a new system. We were up and running after a few days and was grateful for the quick response. Would definitely go back to them for all my computer needs.
