Precision Repairs NJ

I traveled from Edison New Jersey to Precision to have my phone repaired. They did an amazing job! It was done quickly and price was great! I am about to make another appointment to have my daughters phone fixed. I will not go anywhere else.

They were able to help me resolve an issue with my old phone within a timely manner and gave me nothing but the best customer service. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! I had went to go get a screen replacement for my iPhone. He agreed that the screen had to be replaced. He offered two different screen prices, 115 or 165. Other places were quoting me $160, so not too bad. I asked what the difference with the screen ( besides the price), he stated that the only difference is the screen lighting. He mentioned they both have warranty (except the OLED($165) won’t be covered if returned with a cracked screen) well I proceeded with $115. Not even four days later, my screen is messed up and now’s there’s no warranty for the screen. Plus I’m getting charged more for them to fix what they should’ve did in the first place. moral of the story - Save the stress and go somewhere else. (Screen shows the scribble, there are no cracks on the screen )*I forgot to take a picture with a close up on that detail*
