If I can give zero stars I would please do not come to this racist store. They do not like Black people. I came here because I had hdmi issues with my PS5. They claim they can take care of it and they did I had my PS5 for about two weeks and then the same problem happen again with hdmi . I went back to the shop with the 3 month warranty that they gave me and they gave me the runaround of a lifetime. The worker at the store acted so oblivious when I said warranty, they claim that they changed the rules of the warranty so he will have to wait and talk to his boss about a warranty. He then talk to his boss, and his boss said that he cannot approve the warranty because they recently just changed of a warranty policy, so what’s the point of the warranty? I honestly felt so uncomfortable for the way that they treated me. I paid $215 for nothing. Please treat everyone with respect if you’re going to own a business. I now getting my PS5 fixed at a different store.

Ooof after reading some of the reviews, whoever is running this business account needs to work on customer service skills. Their responses are highly unprofessional and gives very much racist undertones. Please put under new management, and fix the customer service issue and how you respond to customers online. Most definitely not recommending this service to anyone or having my business done here.

SCAM STORE!! If you don’t want to get scammed stay far way from these people. They will fix your item and it’ll break again just for them to charge you full price again because THEY decided to not open the store or answer their phone for weeks. I went there multiple times and wait and no one ever showed up. When I finally get someone they act completely confused as to what I’m talking about. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. VERY RACIST.
