These guys are the worst. I needed a new battery for my phone and these guys were one of the only ones who had it in stock. Asked if they would sell the battery but they said they couldn't. Fine, I get it - you have them for your own repairs. Told the guy I was desperate and I'd bring my phone in immediately. He told me their store policy was that you had to have your phone in store by 3:30 to guarantee same day fix, but today it actually had to be 2:30. Okay...not sure how the policy is variable, but again, not a huge deal. Told them I was in a bad spot and would be over immediately. It was a 35 minute drive and I got there just before 2pm. Everything seemed fine until the guy told me they weren't doing same day repair. I told him I flew over there and dropped all other options to make the cutoff. He didn't care. Said it wasn't his problem. Left me high and dry and was kind of a jerk about it too. Don't trust these guys - they lie and waste people's time.

Wesley was a great help. He took his time explaining procedures with me so I could better understand. He was able to get into my phone where no one else could. I really appreciate having a great company to repair my phone and a great guy like Wesley working for you.

Best experience, also the two people that were working there that day were extremely nice. They told me that my phone was going to take 1-2 hours to repair, and when I came back in 1 hour and 45 min they told me and my family that it was done already. iPhone 12 customer 5 Stars :)

Popup ads and virus warnings started popping up on my phone. It was happening every minute. Also constant audio notification tones, without any notifications. Oneil was able to correct the problem almost instantly by deleting some suspicious apps. The popups, warnings and false notifications have not returned.

What a class act. Jay was so incredibly helpful, reassuring, and professional. While the team wasn't able to fix the device we brought in (it was beyond repair), they brought it back to life long enough to extract the data we needed. And they charged a very fair price for this service. I will not hesitate to bring devices in need of repair to this store.
