I am extremely pleased with my experience at iTechfix. I called on Sunday to inquire about my son’s PS5 needing repaired. The console was shutting down after it was on for 30 seconds. The owner was so kind and very helpful. We brought it in and he fixed it in 3 1/2 hrs on a Sunday which was great. We had the same issue with the console a year ago and the process to have it repaired with Sony took almost a month! The quick turnaround to with iTechfix was amazing. The price was so reasonable and affordable. The customer service was superb! The owner is so knowledgeable and gave us tips on maintaining the console. This is my new go to place for tech repairs! Today I took my S22 to have the problem with my battery fixed, in addition to re-gluing the black glass on the back of my phone, in which the technician present at the premises did not show any discomfort and fixed it in just 2 hours! wow incredible work and affordable prices! Yes I recommend them.
